DELIVERY INFORMATION
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal payments. Please note any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment
DELIVERY:
Once you have placed your order with 46 Stitch you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be dispatched within 3-5 working days. I am a one-woman band, I do not employ anyone to help me so please be patient :-)
46 Stitch offers UK only, Royal Mail 1st/2nd class signed for delivery, the cost will be determined at check out depending on what is in your basket. Shipping takes 3-5 days following dispatch and a signature will be required upon receipt of your delivery. If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days then please kindly contact us at info@46stitch.com and we will track your order. Please allow a slightly longer delivery if there are any Royal Mail Strikes and also, at Christmas time. If you are having any problems emailing me then do send me a direct message via DM on Instagram (@46stitch)
At present, 46 Stitch does not yet provide overseas shipping as a delivery option. I have, however, had customers successfully use www.shippn.com or www.addresspal.anpost.ie who both arrange delivery anywhere in the world - why not give it a go!
Each order is lovingly wrapped by hand at 46 Stitch HQ using recyclable tissue paper and envelopes

RETURNS:
We really hope you are 100% satisfied with your order from 46 Stitch, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item
All purchases are eligible for a full refund (excluding original postage cost) if returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure to include your name and order number in the returned package (you'd be surprised how many don't!!!)
Please email info@46stitch to request a return, quoting your original order number and reason for the return. Please be aware that i have terrible trouble replying to 'gmail' email addresses, always getting my emails bounced back. If you have a gmail account, do email but also try a DM through Instagram if you're not getting a reply - thanks!
The return address will be emailed to you. Please then pack and return your item in its original, unused condition to the address provided
When posting your item back, we recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after 7 days of receipt of delivery
Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost. Please allow up to 3-5 days from receipt to process your refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges
Each and every order is thoroughly checked at 46 Stitch HQ before it is packed and shipped to you. We take pride in ensuring your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, but on rare occasions items may become damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at info@46stitch.com so we can help rectify the situation
